We had a reasonably comfy stay with an exceptional breakfast at this hotel located in the city center, close to the highways. the fragrance in the room lobby was great, and the grilled fish was well cooked. the staff was friendly and served well. the Indigo hall for events was beautifully decorated with a good rooftop dining experience.

The staff at the front desk seemed unprofessional while dealing with guests, which was a disappointment.

Stayed here for a weekend with family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was excellent and tasty. The location was convenient for visiting nearby temples. The hotel amenities were great.

But the air conditioner took a long time to cool and the fresh interiors smell was a little unpleasant.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Salem. the location of the hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently located right on the highway. This made it very easy for me to navigate around the city and explore all the attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail was commendable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a variety of options and the latest amenities, including AC. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

the room had a damp smell, which made it uncomfortable at times.

The value for money was outstanding, with prices that were incredibly reasonable for the quality provided. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the elegant and neat reception to the large and plush corridors leading to the rooms. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The rooms themselves were a highlight, featuring spacious layouts, excellent wardrobes, and comfortable king-size beds with sparkling white linen. I particularly enjoyed the large windows that let in an abundance of natural light, as well as the well-designed interior lighting. The hotel also offered basic amenities such as a well-positioned gym and a delicious breakfast spread in a spacious restaurant.

All was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about!
